20-30L double station automatic blow molding machine

 

Model of 20L-30L High-speed double-station special machine is PTB100D. With a special system design, its production capacity nearly doubles that of the single station machines. The clamping system adopts double-station integral movement mould and die system is single-cylinder central-in accumulator head, extrusion system is compound screw with inverter and hard gear reducer, hydraulic system adopts Japanese YUKEN hydraulic valve and imported hydraulic pump. The whole machine adopts closed loop control system imported from Europe and blow gadget is automatic down-blowing system.
