The PTB100D-2H blow molding machine is one which is specially designed for producing high class jerry cans for antifreeze and lubrication oil with shining surface, double layer and view stripe up to 5L capacity in domestic machines. The electric, hydraulic and pneumatic components all adopt famous brands with high quality to ensure the continuous and stable running of the machines. This machine is equipped with double station, double die head, double layer with view stripe, 30 points parison control system and two-step cooling system out of the moulds. The machine also has an auto-deflashing device to realize automatic operation. This equipment has a really high output capacity. Generally it can reach 10,000 pieces each day if making 4L jerry cans.
