This production line consists of extrusion machine for special section pipe, melting extrusion machine, twisting machine, cutting machine and related accessory machine. It features large output, high efficiency, steady operation, high circular stiffness for tubing, light weight per meter, good creep resisting performance, easy connection and economical construction.
We use specially designed high efficiency single screw extrusion machine, the screw and machine barrel are in unique design which helps to have low energy consumption, fine plastification and reasonable mold structure. Rotational molding after combined feed by two machines is perfect and unique in design.
