According to the market demands and the oriented industry policy of the state, our company has independently and successfully developed the polythene and PVC double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line in combination with the latest technology of our foreign counterparts. The PE and PVC double wall corrugated pipes produced by this line are widely applied in drainage projects for public works and used as buried plastic drainage pipes. PE double wall corrugated pipes developed by Fangli Company take two structures: vertical and horizontal. The production line is configured with high efficiency screw extruder, laminar flow distributor, dual-passage spiral composite extrusion molds, shaper, spray cooling device, ring-shaped code spraying machine, dual-blade radial cutter and stacking device. The machine adopts special IKV extrusion system of Germany. The material extruded enjoy stable plastication and high efficiency. The mold surface is nitrided polished. The mold is fitted with a wall-thickness regulating device to suit for production of different raw materials and rigid suspension materials. The forming and extruding mold work together to achieve the vacuum blow molding SV technology and belling of extruded pipes at the socket joint. There are three-dimension adjustment and exit function in sudden power cut for forming machine. Labels for the extruded pipes are sprayed with a ring-shaped code spraying machine. Product information on the same trough can be marked by means of code spraying. Dual-blade cutter ensures accurate cutting peeling position through infrared light sense positioning. The extruding line is equipped with Siemens computer control system. The system adopts upper and lower position sets for management. The upper position employs pictures and bar diagram for display and has memory function of extruding and forming technologies and operations. The lower position may select a programmable control. In addition to the PE double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line, our company has also researched and successfully developed PVC double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line with configurations being basically the same as those of PE double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line. The difference is that a pipe expander is used for on-line expansion.Main technique parameter:
