TJ2000 SERIES is the high-speed special model for 500ml to 12L.It is equipped with top grade configuration, adopting nether bending arm clamping structure and closed-loop control, the platen stroke actions fulfill slow-quick-slow speed, to reach up the high speed and maximum output but minimum impact, insuring the reliable action and precise position; meanwhile, the second-time blow cooling system chills down the bottle neck, bottom and body inside effectively, the auto-deflashing unit is specially designed for your product; The hydraulic system is applied with double proportion control and energy saving design, achieving high productivity but low energy consumption; Gefran integrated control system imported from ltaly, controls the machine as a whole, wiht 300 point precise parision thickness control to insure the product qaulity; the products taken out by pneumatic robot arms, even for the conveying space for bottles and scraps and safety insurance, we have considered and make the relative designs for TJ2000 Series.
