TECHNOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
We adopt spiral mandril combination system,which ownshigh adaptability with multi-sections up to 7 layers. The multi-layer extrrsion head is adopted with flowage differentiation design, to achieve fine circumference distribution. The material distribution of layer combination is well-propoportioned, suitable for producing wide range plastic material, which owns well self-cleaning function at low extrusion capacity and mininum cut heat at high extrusion capacity. The unique delamination runner design could eliminate the joint line completely and improve the color-changing efficiency highly!

The D.D. Driving Nongear Extruder made by low-speed great torsion rareearth perpetual magnetic synchronous motor replaces the traditional decelerator with obvious advantages. Motor efficiency, power factor and driving efficiency are improved highly. The energy saving ratio of nonwork power reaches upto 85% ,the ratio of work power reaches upto 23-25%,the energy saving efficiency is abvious and this is the orientation in future.
HIGH EFFICIENT ELECTROMAGNETIC HEATING
The heat efficiency reaches more than 95%, compared with the resistence heating,the energy saving ratio is upto 60%, preheating time shorts two third, decreasing production cost.
